  1. Andrea

I have gone through numerous earbuds over the years. Inevitably, they all lose sound out of one or the other. That could be because in getting tangled around me, I may pull the wiring from one bud loose eventually. Serious problem for me, as I am always listening to an audiobook. I’ve been wanting to get wireless, but I have always been afraid that they would fall out of my ears. I already have enough trouble with the earbud causing pain after a short period of time. I have small ear, canals, and the earbud, even with the smallest attachment, can be problematic.Because I usually only have listened with one in, because I like to be aware of what’s going on around me, I had looked into the open air version. Almost all of them seem to hook over the outer ear, in a way that would completely interfere with my glasses.I didn’t know what to expect from these. They look very strange, but I thought I’d give them a try. I am so very glad I did! They hook onto the ear very lightly but securely. I know they’re there, but they’re not heavy, and they don’t bother me . There’s nothing to go into the ear canal, so that is no longer a problem, no more pain. With the open ear, I can have both in, and still be able to hear what’s going on around me, which is a huge plus for me. The volume has been excellent. The only time that’s been a problem is when I’m on a very loud bus, with too much motor noise around me. That’s happened once out of all the times I’ve worn them. The battery life seems excellent. Once they’re in the case, they no longer connect to the phone, so they are no longer connected to the Bluetooth for the playback. I need to make sure that I turn off play, before I take them out and pop them on, if I don’t wanna miss a word, lol. They do automatically connect as soon as they come out of the case. Once they’re in the case, they are also charging. You do need to be aware of the case having enough charge on it, and recharging that, because it can’t charge the earbuds if it’s not charged , lol. The controls seem fairly easy, but I have issues with dexterity and sensation in my fingers, so I still have to poke around to find the on-off, but that’s my own problem and I’m sure I’ll learn it eventually. The only possible problem with these, if you are so, inclined, would be using them for phone calls. It’s been spotty, some people don’t complain, or simply say that it sounds like I’m in a tunnel. Others have said they can’t understand anything. That may be because they are the open air conduction rather than the bone conducting. I was not comfortable with the ones that do the bone conduction for the sound, and I don’t make enough phone calls that I need these for, overall. I’ve had some long conversations with people who have not had any trouble dealing with any “distortion“ in how well, my voice transmits.Extremely happy with this purchase!

I hesitated with purchasing these because of the reviews saying that the sound quality was poor. The sound is fine. All you have to do is slide them down your ear and the sound will get higher. If the earpiece is up high on your ear, the sound is lower. The sound is not as good as my Samsung ear buds but they get the job done and saves my ears from hurting. I use earpieces to listen to audiobooks most of the time but I’ve received calls as well and haven’t had any trouble hearing the caller. They fit my girly ears just fine and the battery life is OUTSTANDING. They last all day and I rarely put them back into the charging case until bedtime. I would definitely recommend these. They are comfortable and cool looking.

These are very comfortable and they stay on my ear like a champion. I will often forget i’m wearing them. And when nothing is playing i can hear my surroundings perfectly and still fit a stethoscope in my ears. There isn’t any magical technology being used tho. They call it “air conduction” or something? No, it’s just a tiny speaker held a small distance from your ear canal. Because of that, these are quieter than normal and useless in an overly noisy environment. And in an unusually quite one, people will probably be able to hear what you’re listening to more than normal buds. Aaand that also means they’re a bit tinny. So no slapping base here. But for just casual listening they are perfectly adequate.

This is the earbud! It doesn;t go into the ear channel, but sits comfortablely on the cuff of the ear. I love it. I don;t feel like I need to clean my ears every time I wear them, which is everyday for work. The battery life is long. I can go 2 solid days without recharging. The sound quality is excellent. I have this paired with my tablet and listen to music while at work. I switch off between them so I have only one in my ear at a time but I truly enjoy these. Am considering purchasing another pair for my home computer.
