I decided to try “knockoff” versions of the earpods. My earpods were routinely breaking in a variety of ways (broken mic, decreasing volume in one or both buds, etc.). And that’s not to mention that I would always try ordering some from Amazon for convenience (and because they’re cheaper online) just to return them immediately because they were clearly used and/or broken. Inevitably I would drive to the store when I could and buy new ones instead.A couple things I like:-The “grippy” bits. I use an external usb sound card on my desktop so I can actually use 4 pole headphones with it, but the 3.5mm port is quite tight. Obviously yanking on the cord itself is not a good idea for any wires but it was always really hard to get a good enough grip on the plastic bit at the end to pull the Apple ones out. These Ludos Specta ones have a sort of knurled surface which makes it way easier to grip and pull them out.-I like the metal tin they came in. Reusable. Friendly packaging. Apple’s packaging is very obviously not meant to be reused (such as for storage/travel) by comparison.-They seem to be pretty much on par with Apple’s version audio-wise (+ mic). Maybe even a smidge better?-I like the braided cable I think? It’s a bit weird since I’m used to a thicker braid on any cable (it almost just feels like a braid texture stamped on the rubber), but these actually felt decent out of the box. For some reason, new Apple earpods actually feel lower quality than used ones, since the wire insulator kind of softens/thickens (?) with time. New Apple ones feel so thin and fragile which always felt odd.-The covers. To be clear I hate those rubber-tips normally. Apple earpod style headphones are the only in-ear headphones that feel comfortable to me. However, it doesn’t hurt to offer options to people. You can cut off the parts you don’t like (such as the little external bit), or in my case, I basically just cut it to be like a sleeve (cut off the tips and the long bit) for the earbuds. This made them a bit grippier and larger, which fits my ears better sometimes.-Black. Hides small imperfections that inevitably appear over time.-The magnets are okay I guess.Things I don’t like:-The volume controller doesn’t communicate with your device to change the volume, it just alters the output on the headphones which is weird. I feel like it’d be easy to mistake them for being broken if you saw your device wasn’t muted but your headphones appear to be. I guess it kind of makes sense since it’s a slider (not sure how you’d get fine volume control with a slider if it did communicate with the device).-Not really sure what the button under the volume slider does, it doesn’t work for me.

I use these headphones exclusively since I have a preference for the earbud type (non rubber) and wired over Bluetooth. I have to switch out the set roughly every year, given daily use and storage/transport. The audio becomes much quieter after a certain amount of time (or possibly moderate damage to the wiring, I’m not sure exactly what causes it.) That said, the sound quality is great, the adjustable volume button is a wonderful feature, and they’re super easy to clean.

They’re excellent quality for their price range. The fit is comfortable in my ear, and the cord twists tangling which is more than I can say for the standard Apple wired-earbuds. If you, like me, prefer wired to Bluetooth, these are perfect for basic use, including phone calls. Both the product and the seller are highly recommended.

Really high quality for crazy price.
The build quality of these is so good. They are really solid and metal and the woven cable feels so strong. I always preferred in-ear headphones and bought cheap ones, but just by spending a tiny bit more I get a set that seem far and beyond what I was using. They come in a lovely velvet bag, inside a sweet (and useful) tiny metal tin.The only reason I give 4 stars is that 6-8 months in my phone started going crazy when they were plugged in, and it turned out to be an issue with the volume control. Thankfully a quick e-mail to Ludos and they sorted a replacement and didn’t even need me to return my broken headphones!So great headphones, great customer service and a great price. They will be my go-to headphones from now on.

There’s nothing much to say about the product its self. I bought these for gaming as I needed something to hear those pesky corner campers from miles away, sneak up behind them and “execute” those little no skill noobs and these earphones do just that, they’re great for the value, beyond great!What threw it over the edge was the LITTLE NOTE! Never in my 10years of ordering off Amazon has ANY business threw in a note to thank their customers. It’s the little things like this that make me say TAKE MY MONEY! Best believe I’ll be back again whenever I need a new set!

Really good
Audio is clear (as far as I can tell), build quality feels really good and they’re comfortable. Very impressed for the price of them. I like the way they stick together magnetically, it allows me to wear just one headphone much easier than other earphones I’ve had. Great product.
